Restaurant Policy
Our restaurant only serves a set 8-9 course menu that changes monthly. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE AN A LA CARTE MENU. However we do have a wide selection of drinks to choose from.
Reservations
Reservations are available through OpenTable for 1- 6 guests. Reservations are released 60 days in advance. Please call or email us for reservations for a large party.
We ask our guests to arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time as we are serving all guests at the same time.
We will wait for late arrivals for a maximum of 30 minutes, in which we will begin serving guests who have already arrived. We will serve guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late ONLY if they contact us by their reservation time, and they will only be served starting at the course other guests are currently being served at the time of arrival. Any guests arriving more than 1 hour late will be treated as a no show, and will be charged full price. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to make the reservation time, as we may be able to reschedule your reservation.
Cancellations
Due to limited seating, any cancellations, rescheduling, or downsizing the number of your party made within 48 hours of your reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of $65 per person, and we will charge the full amount of the dinner ($150 per parson) for any cancellations made on the reservation date or no show. We cannot make any exceptions for any reason.
Dietary Restrictions
Pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and no raw seafood options are available. Vegan and Vegetarian are not available as most of our sauce or dashi broth contains bonito or other fish. We are also happy to accommodate allergies. Please contact us or leave us a note on OpenTable at least 3 days in advance from your reservation time for any dietary accommodations. Please be aware that we will be extra cautious, but we cannot 100% avoid cross contamination.
Children
All ages are welcome, but please be aware that we do not offer a kid's menu, highchairs, or booster seats for kids.
If you plan to bring children and they are not having the full course dinner, please do not add them to your party size when you make a reservation. If you are bringing children that are not included in the party size, please add a note on your reservation for the number of children there will be so we can prepare chairs. If you do list a child in the party size but decide that they will not be having the course after arriving, we will treat it as a same day cancellation and will charge the full amount of the course.
When sitting at the counter seats, we require each person regardless of age to order the full course, as the seats are very limited, so please be aware of that.
